The BB&T Warehouse Report is used to update BB&T Bank regarding loans on its warehouse line.
For a loan to appear in this report: Funding > Funded Date must be between the Funding Date Range selected and Funding > Delivery Method for Funds must be selected.
Include Cancelled Loans check box is available if cancelled loans are to be included in the report findings.
Users have the ability to filter the report results by Warehouse Bank. The Warehouse Bank field is a drop-down list with all available Warehouse Banks to select from or the ability to select All Warehouse Banks.
Include Archived Loans check box is available to be marked if archived loans are to be included in the report findings.
Users have the ability to filter the report results by Funding Type. The Funding Type field is a drop-down list with all available Funding Types to select from.
A Funded Date Range can be selected and will be the date range that determines the loan files that will fall into the report based on the funded date of the loan.
Enter in the Records/Page amount which can range between ten and two hundred.
Click Submit after all applicable information has been entered.
BB&T Warehouse Report results will display.
A Printer Friendly Version link will display and if clicked, users will have the ability to print the report results.
The Beginning Date and End Date previously entered on the Report Filter will display in the upper left corner of the screen along with the Total Loans included in the report and the Total Loans Volume of all loan files in the report.
A Return to Report Filter link will display and if clicked, the user will return to the report filter to make changes and re-run the report.
The Report results will display with the following parameters: Funding Method Code, Colonial Account ID, Track location Code, Collateral Key, SS Number, Borrower 1 Last Name, Borrower 1 First Name, Address, City, State, Zip, County, Original UPB, Original Rate, Investor Code, Investor Commitment Number, Investor Commitment Price, Investor Commitment Expire Date, Payee1 Name, Payee1 Address, Payee1 City, Payee1 State, Payee1 Zip, Payee1 Instruction1, Origination Date, Funding ID, Funding Amount, Product Code, Original Term, Purpose Code, Lien Position, Fico Score, Credit Grade Score, Original LTV, Advance Amount, Originator Code, Property Type Code, MERS Min, Payee1 Instruction2, Payee Aba Number, Payee1 Account Number, Payee2 Account Name, Payee2 Address, Request ID, Payee2 Instruction1, Limit Amount, Funding Batch, Borrower2 Last Name, Borrower2 First Name, SS Number2, Maturity, UDF Char7, Occupancy Code, Acquisition Cost, Original Appraisal Value, Next Due Date, Current Appraisal Value, As of Date, Appraiser Name, UDF Dollar1, UDF Dollar2, Construction Cost, UDF PCT1, Purchase Price, Current LTV, Doc Level Code, Loan Advance Flag, Scheduled Funding Date, Funding Action Code, Collateral Value Flag, WH Loan option, Units, Current LTV, Original LTV, Is NegAm, Interest Only Period, Next Rate Change Date, Original PI, Current UPB, and Servicer.
To Export the report in CSV format, click the button in the upper right corner of the screen, Export CSV. To review the report, click the Download Report link. To save the report to a local computer, right-click the Download Report link and click Save Target As.
