DataVerify is a fraud prevention and decision management tool which allows users to verify the information a borrower submits on a loan application.
Submit a request to DataVerify to receive a report identifying, authenticating and evaluating the risk associated with the borrower’s identity, occupancy, employment, income, and participants. DataVerify then completes a comprehensive market and subject analysis.
Tip: DataVerify reports may be submitted by users prior to and after the final of a loan with the appropriate user right enabled.
The Loan Information section displays the Borrower’s Name, Borrower’s SSN, Loan Number, the Loan Amount, and Property Address.
Enter the DataVerify username and password and click Submit.
Tip: If any required fields are missing for a DataVerify Report to generate, the system will prompt users to complete the necessary fields.
To view the DataVerify Report click the view icon next to Services > Order DataVerify or click Services > DataVerify and click the Here link (Click HERE to view the DataVerify report.).
A note will display at the top of the Order DataVerify report screen stating: A DataVerify Report has already been requested for this loan and is available for viewing.
