The Detailed Report allows Lenders to design their reports by selecting additional fields to be displayed.
For a loan to appear in this report: A Create or Import Date must be between the Loan Creation Date Range selected.
Include Cancelled Loans check box is available if cancelled loans are to be included in the report findings.
Include Pre-approval Loans check box is available if pre-approval loans are to be included in the report findings.
Users have the ability to filter the report results by Institution, Channel and Account Executive. For the Institution and Account Executive fields, begin typing in the name of the field response and the field options will appear as a rolodex. The Channel field is a drop-down list with all available Channels to select from or select All Channels. If multiple channels need to be selected, click the link Multiple Selection and the box with the specific Channels will expand to display all available Channels. To select more than one Channel, hold down the Ctrl key the keyboard and click all applicable Channels.
Narrow results by selecting a specific loan status form the Loan Status drop-down list or keep the Loan Status to All Statuses for loan files with all loan statuses to be included in the report.
Include Archived Loans check box is available to be marked if archived loans are to be included in the report findings.
A Loan Creation Date Range can be selected and will be the date range that determines the loan files that will fall into the report based on the creation or import date of the loan.
Enter in the Records/Page amount which can range between ten and two hundred.
Customize the parameters of the report results by selecting the specific parameters to be included in the report findings. Parameters include: Channel, Institution, User Name, Last Login Date, Borrower, SSN, Loan Amount, Loan Status, Credit Received, AU Received, Last Modification Date, Estimated Closing, Actual Closing, and Loan Number.
Click Submit after all applicable information has been entered.
Closing Report results will display.
A Printer Friendly Version link will display and if clicked, users will have the ability to print the report results.
The Beginning Date and End Date previously entered on the Report Filter will display in the upper middle section of the screen along with the Total Loans, Total Deleted Loans, Ending Date, Total Loans Volume and the Total Deleted Loans Volume of all loan files in the report.
A Return to Report Filter link will display and if clicked, the user will return to the report filter to make changes and re-run the report.
The Report results will display with the following parameters: A count of the loans included will display in the first column of the report. All other fields will be based on the parameters selected in the report filter: Channel, Institution, User Name, Last Login Date, Borrower, SSN, Loan Amount, Loan Status, Credit Received, AU Received, Last Modification Date, Estimated Closing, Actual Closing, and Loan Number.
To Export the report in CSV format, click the button in the upper right corner of the screen, Export CSV. To review the report, click the Download Report link. To save the report to a local computer, right-click the Download Report link and click Save Target As.
