Order Flood - CBCInnovis

Services > Order Flood – CBCInnovis

To order flood, select Services > Order Flood – CBCInnovis. The Loan Number and Borrower Name will display.

 

Choose a Flood Product to be ordered from the following options:

·         Basic Flood Cert

·         Basic Flood Cert w/ Census Tract

·         Life of Loan

·         Life of Loan w/ Census Tract

·         Census Tract Certificate

·         Home Equity

·         Home Equity w/ Census Tract

·         Upgrade to Refinance

·         Upgrade to Second

 

Choose a Request Type from the following options:

·         Request New: Utilized for new flood orders only.

·         Reissue: Utilized for ordering flood on a loan file where flood has previously been ordered.

·         Retrieve Manual Processed Report: Utilized for pulling a flood certification into the LOS that was previously ordered outside of the LOS. Enter the Flood Certification Identifier into the newly visible field below for association with the request.

·         Upgrade: Utilized for ordering an upgraded version of the previously ordered flood certificate. Enter the Flood Certification Identifier into the newly visible field below for association with the request.

 

Click Submit to request the flood certificate.

 

Click Cancel to void any changes made in the screen and return the display to the Loan Dashboard.

 

Once the request has returned there will be a View icon (paper with magnifying glass over it) next to Services > Order Flood - CBC. Click the View icon to view the flood report.

 

Information from the CBC flood report will auto-populate to the following fields within the LOS:

·         Appraisal Request Screen > Additional Information > Flood Zone

·         Flood Hazard screen > All Fields

·         Title Request Screen > Additional Information > Flood Zone

·         Hazard Insurance Request > Additional Information > Flood Zone and Type of Insurance (if property is in flood zone)

·         Closing Docs > Escrow tab > Flood Zone is in and Is Property in a special flood hazard area
