Post-Closing Report

The Post Closing Report allows users to view loans that have been funded and have outstanding Final Documents.

 

For a loan to appear in this report: Closing Docs > Settlement Date

 

Include Cancelled Loans check box is available if cancelled loans are to be included in the report findings.

 

Users have the ability to filter the report results by a specific Institution. For the Institution field, begin typing in the name of the field response and the field options will appear as a rolodex.

 

Narrow the results by selecting a Title Company/Settlement Agent from the Title Company/Settlement Agent drop-down list or keep the default option as All Title Companies to include all Title Company/Settlement Agents.

 

Include Archived Loans check box is available to be marked if archived loans are to be included in the report findings.

 

Search for a specific loan number by entering the loan number in the Loan Number field.

 

Narrow results by selecting a specific document from the Document drop-down list or keep the Document selection to All Documents for loan files with all documents to be included in the report.

 

Include Completed Loans by marking the Include Completed check box.

 

A Settlement Date Range can be selected and will be the date range that determines the loan files that will fall into the report based on Settlement date of the loan.

 

Enter in the Records/Page amount which can range between ten and two hundred.

 

Click Submit after all applicable information has been entered.

 

Post-Closing Report results will display.

 

A Printer Friendly Version link will display and if clicked, users will have the ability to print the report results.

 

The Beginning Date and End Date previously entered on the Report Filter will display in the upper left corner of the screen along with the Total Loans included in the report, the Total Loans Volume of all loan files and the Total Outstanding Documents in the report. Highlighted in Red will be message stating that “Completed Loans: Excluded From Report.”

 

A Return to Report Filter link will display and if clicked, the user will return to the report filter to make changes and re-run the report.

 

The Report results will display with the following parameters: Loan Number, Institution, Borrower, Title Company/Settlement Agent, Total Loan Amount, Settlement Date, Post Closer, Document, Date Recorded, Date Received, and Date To Investor.

 

To Export the report in CSV format, click the button in the upper left corner of the screen, Export CSV. To review the report, click the Download Report link. To save the report to a local computer, right-click the Download Report link and click Save Target As.
