The Doc Specifics task hosts fields such as the loan attribute information, title information and promissory note information.
If your site is configured for WorkQueues, and the user accesses the loan through the Closing WorkQueue, then the “Redraw” and “Closing Status” fields will be located in this task as well.
This task is also dynamic. It will display the following fields/sections based on the loan scenario.
· Texas Renewal and Extension Information (displayed for refinances with a property state of Texas)
· Manufactured Home information
· Buydown information
The Loan Attributes section will display the MERS Min Number if active in a user’s site and the File Number is an editable field.
Note: “203k Self Help” and “EEM” will not display for HELOCS.
The Title section includes sections to input the Title Order Number, Title Policy Exceptions and an editable Endorsements section.
The Endorsements section is defaulted with 100, 116, and 8.1.
