Users can enter the Mortgage Insurance information as well as the insurance information.
Mortgage Insurance
To enter the Mortgage Insurance mark the box next to Mortgage Insurance.
Any information completed on previous MI screens will prepopulate here. If information is updated in the Mortgage Insurance section, this information flows to all applicable screens.

Insurance Information
Users can enter Hazard insurance Policy Number, Minimum Hazard Insurance Amount, Flood Insurance Policy Number, and the Minimum Flood Insurance Amount. Is Property in a Special Flood Hazard Area? can prepopulate from previous screens as well as the Flood Zone is in section. Input the Escrow Number and the name of the person who entered the information in this section as well.
Note: The Number of MI Payments section will appear when a loan is marked as an FHA.
Escrow Holdback
When the Escrow Holdback box is marked the section will expand. Input the Escrow Funds Held By-Title or Lender and the Escrow Holdback Amount here. There is also a place to complete the Escrow Completion Date and time.
Escrow Instructions
The Escrow Instructions section allows users to enter in any escrow and closing instructions to be printed on the closing documents.
The Escrow Instructions will automatically populate with the conditions that are not yet cleared in the Forms & Docs > U/W Conditions/Decisions screen.
The Add Instructions + button allows users to add additional lines for additional escrow instructions to be added. The Add Instructions + button is located within the blue ribbon next to Escrow Instructions.
