For loan applications submitted on or after October 3, 2015, individual fee lines populate with options for Amount, PFC, Sec 32, Paid By, Paid To, Affiliate, Financed, and POC. Values for these fields may be locked or defaulted depending on fee and fee scheme setup within admin. The Paid By and Paid To loads with default values if populated within admin.
· Fee Name will display the fee name as set up within the Fee setup in admin.
· The Fee Name is only editable if the Locked box is not selected within the fee setup (administration setting).
· The amount field populates with the appropriate fee amount as configured within admin. The Amount fee is only editable if “Allow Fee Amount to be edited on Loan Estimate?” is set to Yes in the Fee Scheme (administration setting)
· PFC and Sec 32 fields will populate based on selections made within the fee setup in admin. These fields are only editable if “Locked” is not selected for each respective option within the fee setup(administration setting).
· Paid By and Paid To fields will populate with the values marked as available within the fee setup for that fee (administration setting). A default value is set up within the fee scheme setup. If no default value is selected for this fee, the field populates as blank and requires user input.
· Affiliate and Financed fields are available for users to select whether the fee is financed or an affiliate fee. The Financed field is available to indicate the fee is financed regardless if the fee is marked as an affiliate fee. These fields may be defaulted and locked similar to other fields within the fee setup within admin.
· The POC is a standalone feature to allow users to indicate that the fee is paid outside of closing.
