Clicking the Save/Close button will open the Underwriting Decision page and is only viewable once a decision has been made by the underwriter. This page contains the decision published by the underwriter as well as the conditions. This screen can have your logo populate depending on the admin setup.
To print, click the red Print this Page icon in the top left corner. To exit the screen, click the Close button at the top right side of the screen.
Below the logo is a drop-down to specify the conditions that display on the page. Select from View All Conditions, View Pending Conditions or View Pending and Received Conditions. Once a selection is made the conditions will populate at the bottom of the screen.
The UNDERWRITING STATUS is the published status.
The PRODUCT NAME will list the selected product for that loan.
The first section lists out the date the decision was made as well as other loan information regarding those assigned to the loan and the loan number assigned to the loan. The second section will list out the type of loan it is as well as the loan amount, term, LTV, etc.
Tip: If a loan is a Refinance and the purpose of the refinance is "No Cash-Out Rate/Term" then The Underwriting Decision Print View will show Purpose of Refinance as VA-IRRRL. If a loan is a Refinance and the purpose of the Refi is "No Cash-Out Rate/Term" and the Refinance Type is marked as Streamline with or without appraisal; then Underwriting Decision Print View will show Purpose of Refinance as FHA Streamline Refi.
The bottom of the screen will house the conditions. The conditions are split into sections based on the Type field that was selected on the edit U/W Conditions/Decision screen. Each section will be split by headers:
· Status- status of the condition
· Condition Date- Date the condition was added
· Condition- The condition explanation
· Date Received- Date the condition was received
· Date Cleared- Date the condition was cleared
The Date Received and Date Cleared, when completed, will list the name of the person that set the date in the field.
