Custom PDF Documents are created in admin under the Custom PDFs icon. With the applicable user right enabled, users can access the Custom PDF Documents in the left-side navigation under Forms & Docs before and after a loan has been finaled. Custom PDFs pull data from the loan directly into the content of the PDF making it a universal form for the institution.
Tip: There may be up to 40 different Custom PDF Documents created in Admin.
The Custom PDF Documents screen displays a list of the Custom PDFs that the user has been granted access to and provide a link to view the PDF document. Click Load under Actions will open the PDF document in a separate window and automatically populate the loan information. The user can Print or Save a copy of the PDF document.
The user can close the separate window and Load another Custom PDF Document if needed.
