Delete (HARD)

Actions > Delete (HARD)

This allows a user to delete a loan permanently from the LOS within both the Lender and Originator pipeline views. D+H is unable to recover deleted loans, so this feature should be utilized with caution.

To submit the Delete (Hard) request, select Actions > Delete (HARD). A pop-up window will appear asking: Are you sure you want to delete the selected loan? Click OK to confirm the permanent deletion of the loan file from all pipeline views. Click Cancel to void the deletion request.
