Order Flood allows users to order flood reports via direct integration with the LOS through CBCInnovis, CoreLogic, ServiceLink, and/or Kroll Factual Data. Flood vendor availability and account information is configured in the Admin Site.
The flood account available for each loan file is dependent on the originator user associated with the loan file, as the flood account and credentials is tied to the origination user profile in the Admin Site. Each originator user must have a flood account tied to their profile in the Admin Site in order for flood to be order by either the originator or the lender working the loan file.
