My eFolder

My eFolder allows the user to upload and view documents within a loan file. To upload a document to My eFolder, the user will select a Document Type from the dropdown list.

 

Tip: The Document Type drop-down list is a customizable list configured in the Admin Site.

 

Once a document type has been selected, click Browse to locate the document to be uploaded. (The document being uploaded must be a PDF file and cannot exceed 10 MB.) Once a document has been selected, click Upload. The document(s) will then be stored with the loan file.

 

Uploaded documents will appear at the bottom of the My eFolder screen in a grid format:

·         The Document column will show the document type as a hyperlink. Users can click on the link to view that specific document in PDF format.

·         The Added/Updated column will display the date and time that a document was uploaded to the file. Documents will display with the oldest document at the top and the most recently document at the bottom.

·         The Action By column will display the username of the individual that uploaded the document.

·         The Version column will indicate the number of times the selected Document Type has been chosen.

·         The Action column will allow a user to delete a document from My eFolder.
