Actions > Flag Employee
Flag Employee allows the user to mark a loan as an employee loan. By doing so, any user without the user right View/Create/Edit Employee Loans will no longer see the loan in their pipeline view. If the loan was marked as an employee file when it was created or imported, this option will not appear in the left-side navigation menu.
To flag a loan as an employee loan file, select Actions > Flag Employee. A pop-up window will appear asking: Are you sure you want to flag this as an Employee loan? Click ok to confirm the request. Click Cancel to void the request.
Once a loan has been flagged, it will only be viewable to users who have the user right to access employee files. Such users will also have a new feature of Actions > Remove Employee Flag to convert the loan file back to a non-employee file.
To determine if a loan is an employee loan view Forms & Docs > Borrower Summary > Loan Information section > Is Employee Loan? > Yes.
