The following User Rights are connected to triggering Compliance Alerts but don’t have to be enabled for users to view the Compliance Alerts:

·         1003 edit after Final Submit and prior to any U/W Status/Decision

·         1003 edit after Final Submit and prior to U/W Status/Decision of U/W Approved with Conditions, U/W Approved Ready for Docs or U/W Approved Ready for Funding

·         1003 edit after Final Submit (before/after U/W Status/Decision)

·         GFE 2010

·         TIL

·         Edit Lock

·         Lock

·         Unlock Loan
